Busy? Why not Pin it for later?
Thank you!
Before I start, I just wanted to make it clear than I am not an expert in ergonomics. If the person you're thinking of getting one of these for has a specific complaint, it may be necessary to check with a doctor first.
I have used some of these, or similar products, for years cos of RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) and a bad back and they have helped. So I know I'd appreciate it if any of these ergonomic gifts.
Anyway, here they go.

Why get ergonomic gifts for people who work from home?
Working from home means that you might be using chairs and tools that aren't meant to be used for hours every day.
So your posture usually suffers, and then pains and niggles start.
That's why ergonomic gifts make great and thoughtful presents that can make working from home a lot more comfortable and help you deal with these pains and niggles.
We can broadly classify ergonomic gifts into two groups: items that reduce strain, so they're good to avoid potential problems, and items that alleviate pain when you've already got some bad habits or you've been using the wrong tools for a while.
Here are some of the best ergonomic home office gift ideas this year:
my favourite top 3 ergonomic gifts
#1. An Ergonomic Chair
Without a doubt, an ergonomic chair is the item that will help the most for most people.
Sitting at your desk every day can be murder for your back, so having a good ergonomic chair is a must.
I have given it 4.5 stars because it's one of the priciest items. Thought this isn't one of the most expensive ergonomic chairs out there.
Ergonomic gifts for posture and back issues
Sitting all day isn't great for your posture or your circulation.
And it can also result in a shortened PSOAS muscle, which is a pain.
Literally.
So any of the following ergonomic can help and will be much appreciated.
Stand Up Desk Converter
These standing desks converters can be adjusted so you can use them sitting down or standing up.
They can also help you be more productive because you're more alert when you alternate between standing and sitting.
But don't forget to take plenty of breaks!
Anti-Fatigue Floor Comfort Mat for Standing Desk
This is a great accessory for the standing desk.
Working on a standing desk can still cause fatigue and bad posture if all you do is stand in one place. And standing is also bad for your circulation and your feet.
The raised ergonomic surround of this mat means you get to move your ankles and feet more and helps you stay alert and fight fatigue as well as increasing blood flow.
Ergonomic Office Chair
You don't think they'd fancy standing up? Or maybe it's not a viable option for them?
Then having a chair that is both comfy and will take care of their back is priceless if they work at a desk all day.
And this chair is great because good ergonomic chairs can cost more than $1000 and this one is waaaay cheaper.
Ergonomic Kneeling Chair
bALL cHAIR
When you sit on one of these balls, your core is engaged and your muscles are actually doing more work than they would usually do if you were sitting on a normal or ergonomic chair.
Because you're making small movements all the time.
I usually use my yoga ball, to be honest. We have three of different sizes (for adults and kids) at home.
But if you're wearing shorts, you sort of stick to them. And they don't look half as good as this luxury sitting ball.
They come in a range of colours and have two sizes.
Memory Foam Chair Pad
Lumbar Support Back Cushion
An Ergonomic Footrest
This is another great gift you can choose if you want a gift that's portable and can be used for different chairs or places.
I used to have a hard plastic one, but this one is made with memory foam, is larger than usual and you can adjust its height.
So you can move your feet, roll your ankles and get a bit more movement than with other footrest pillows.

Here are some more gift guides for you:
Ergonomic gifts for Your desktop
There are many gadgets and items you can use on your desktop to improve posture, give comfort and relief to aches and pains such as carpal tunnel syndrome, shoulder pain and neck pain.
And they're all much cheaper than going to your local chiropractor.
Kinesis Advantage2 Ergonomic Keyboard (KB600)
Sorry, but I had to give you another ergonomic keyboard choice, though you can find a few more here.
Logitech MX Vertical Wireless Mouse
Cos one can't have an ergonomic keyboard without an ergonomic mouse, obviously.
One of the coolest ergonomic gifts for people that work from home.
It's great for the smaller desk or if the person you're buying this for works on a laptop desk.
Because using this mouse means they don't need to move their hand so much.
The only thing I'd say is that somebody with little hands might find it doesn't quite work for them, so I am giving you another option next.
Logitech MX Master 2S Wireless Mouse
This ergonomic mouse is great for people that prefer to use a horizontal mouse.
But the best thing about it is its multi-computer control.
Both the MX Vertical and this mouse work on up to 3 computers you can use them to transfer files easily from one computer to another.
Or if you want a semi-vertical mouse there are also some.
Logitech MX Ergo Wireless Trackball Mouse
Some times even if you pick the best ergonomic mouse it won't fit your hand or it's too big for you.
That's why I've included this mouse here.
It has an adjustable hinge so you can customise the trackball angle to fit you.
It's also a multi-device mouse, so you can use it across up to 3 devices and transfer text, images and documens easily from one to the other.
Keyboard AND MOUSE Wrist PillowS
This is a cheaper ergonomic gift idea than the others, but it will still help reduce wrist strain.
Memory foam means these wrists supports bounce slowly and are comfortable to use.
Or you can also get an ergonomic mousepad. Gimars own mousepads have great reviews as well.
DUCO Blue Light Blocking Glasses
These glasses cut 90% High-Energy Blue Light to reduce Digital Eye Strain.
For anybody that spends longs periods of time in front of a screen and suffer from dry eyes or headaches.
Or there are these ones for people that wear prescription glasses and don't mind looking goofy.
Ergonomic pens and pen grips
Ergonomic pens, pencils, and markers are designed in a way to reduce hand and arm pain that comes from extended use. These tools will not only provide relief but also increase your productivity.
My favourite are the Penagain Ergosof pens.
